Become a Member of ASSITEJ Mongolia
ASSITEJ Mongolia National Centre is a non-profit open to all who support performing arts and arts education for children and youth.
Membership is non-discriminatory, valid for one year, and guided by the principles of ASSITEJ, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and UNESCO conventions.
Membership types
1. Organization Members
Theatres, educational institutions, NGOs, and other entities supporting children’s/youth theatre and arts education.
2. Individual Members
Artists, educators, and supporters of theatre and arts for young audiences.
3 Youth Members
High school seniors and university students.
Member Rights
Members may:

Participate in events, training, and meetings

Access professional information and networks

Share initiatives and collaborate

Promote their activities via the Centre
-
Receive partner benefits
Member Responsibilities
Members must:
-
Follow Centre rules and decisions
-
Submit an annual activity update (by late October)

Maintain communication with the Centre
-
Promote Centre affiliation in relevant activities
-
Respect equality, ethics, and child safety
-
Pay membership fees on time
-
Support Centre projects when possible
Fees & Support
Annual Fees:
-
Organization: 1,000,000₮
-
Individual: 300,000₮
-
Youth: 50,000₮ or 10 volunteer hours
Solidarity Fund:
Members temporarily unable to pay may request support. Supported members contribute 50 volunteer hours.
Joining & Renewal
Applicants submit the official registration form.
Membership becomes active upon approval, fee payment, and agreement signing.
Renewals are automatic; invoices are sent 14 days before expiry.
Suspension & Termination
Membership may be suspended or terminated if:

Internal rules or ethical principles are violated

Discrimination or child rights violations occur

The Centre’s name/logo is misused
Fees are non-refundable upon termination.
